Okay, I ADORE the Gillmans (and yes, Adam, that means you too!) 🙂 We’ve been friends with the Gillman family for quite some time now. Once you spend a weekend in Vegas with a couple, you REALLY get to know them!
I did their shoot at Irvine Regional Park, which aside from the lighting challenges, is really becoming one of my favorite places this year to shoot. Alex and Jacob are crack-ups… I have to say I was a little nervous shooting them. I know them pretty well, but it was my first shoot with BOYS. And the are ALL BOY! 🙂 I heard a lot of, “How much longer, Mrs. Imus?”… “Are we almost done, Mrs. Imus?”…. “I’m getting hungry, Mrs. Imus!”….. at least they’re polite! And at one point, when I was shooting them away from their parents I whispered to them, “Do me a favor and pretend you’re having a good time.”. And Alex, God bless him, said, “But we’re NOT having a good time!” And honesty to boot!
