The park features a charming train ride that kids absolutely adore, pony rides, and playgrounds with plenty of space to run around. Pro tip: Bring snacks and extra energy — you’ll need both! Families can also enjoy paddle boats, a visit to the Orange County Zoo, or a relaxing picnic surrounded by nature.
Tanaka Farms

Tanaka Farms is such a special place to visit. Whether it’s strawberry picking in the spring or exploring their famous pumpkin patch in the fall, this family-owned farm offers hands-on experiences that kids and parents will treasure. Don’t miss it — it’s a favorite for kids and a great way to learn about farm life.
Adventure Playground

Adventure Playground is one of those places where kids can just be kids. It’s a fantastic outdoor play area filled with climbing structures, water play zones, and sensory activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I’ll admit, I’ve seen many get soaked at the water play area while trying to keep up with their adventurous kiddos. It’s all part of the fun! Watching them explore and make new friends here is always such a joy.
The Great Park Balloon and Carousel

The Great Park is home to one of Orange County’s most unique attractions — the iconic Great Park Balloon. While older kids and adults might enjoy the breathtaking views, younger kids will be thrilled with the carousel and open play spaces.
